Appeal of Vail Golf Course Clubhouse decision set for June 4
The Vail Town Council will hold an appeal hearing at its Tuesday, June 4 meeting to determine the outcome of an approval by the Planning and Environmental Commission related to an application to remodel the Golf Course Clubhouse.
The item is listed fifth on the meeting agenda, which begins at 6 p.m. in the Vail Town Council Chambers, 75 S. Frontage Rd.
The PEC voted on April 22 to approve, with conditions, a development application submitted on behalf of the Town of Vail, for amendments to an existing conditional use permit for the Vail Golf Course, which authorized the remodel. An appeal was filed on May 10 on behalf of a group of property owners from the Golf Course neighborhood.
