Ascent Sotheby's tops $100 million in sales since opening in 2009
Ascent Sotheby’s International Realty celebrates its third anniversary by surpassing $100 million in year-to-date sales through Sept. 30, 2012, and what is expected to be its most successful year since opening in October 2009.
Started by Tye Stockton and Triumph Partners’ owners Steve Virostek and James Fangmeyer, the firm opened with eight brokers and has grown to include a staff of 21, including 18 licensed brokers.
“It’s been an exciting past three years,” said Stockton. “We opened during one of the toughest economic climates for luxury real estate sales, committed to establishing Ascent Sotheby’s International Realty as the leading, boutique luxury real estate firm in the Vail Valley. We have clearly made our mark and our growing team of professional brokers, led by VP/Managing Broker Craig Denton, has helped us build a reputation for quality service and attention to detail.
"Every client, no matter the value or size of listing, is provided with a luxury-level experience from listing to closing, and beyond,” Stockton added.
Sales to-date range from $180,000 fractional properties to luxury estates valued at more than $10M. Total sales volume by quarter includes $39,987,000 (Jan-Mar 2012); $39,404,523 (Apr-June 2012); and $28,036,266 (July-Sept 2012). Ascent Sotheby’s International Realty has also been chosen for three consecutive years as the exclusive listing agency for the new Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail, by the Vail Resorts Development Company.
